Staff were helpful and responsive. Location was fine. Place was clean. Bed was comfy. View from the room (south east I think) was OK.

The room was kind of falling apart. The closet door completely fell off its hinges when I was opening it, I was able to put it back together. Also, the closet door has a light on the outside that is activated when it's open, which is a neat feature but it wouldn't close on its own fully, so the light was always on. We had to push our baby stroller against it to keep it closed so the light would turn off. The bathroom door-stop was falling off, or it may have been installed off center, so there was an actual hole in the wall next to it. There were cracks in the bathroom tile and glue spattered on the carpet throughout the room, probably the wallpaper installation. Additionally, when we arrived, the babycot was not set up correctly, and it actually took a few staff to help us put it together properly (they were lovely and helpful). We got room service the first night (much easier with the baby after a travel day). The food was fine, but certainly not worth 73 euro (2 meals, salad and 1 cheeky dessert). I figured fish and chips was a sure thing meal that no one could screw up, but this poor fish was ultra fried to a crisp, small and terribly dry. I would have been fine with it if it was 30 euros less. Again, I wouldn't normally care about this stuff, but given the price and claimed quality of the hotel, I expected better.

Very friendly staff all through the hotel. Very comfortable bed. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel staff is super nice and helpful (specially, the Italian lady at the restaurant). The room was nice and the location is super.

Lovely and helpful staff, super location compared to the busy Amsterdam centre. Lovely park in front of hotel and still a lot of restaurants and shops just couple of streets away from the hotel.

Repeatedly had to explain that I had paid for bicycle rental with a different CC, but still received a mail afterwards about it.

Very comfortable, relaxing and stylish. Helpful and friendly staff. Bedroom well equipped. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Very nice bathroom with a perfect comfi bet.

checkin and checkout were fast and quick, restaurant attached served tasty food, nice and easy to jump on the bike and get out to the coast from here (which is what we did)

Not a lot of bike parking as all the spots were taken up by rental bikes. Would be nice to consider that not all guests arrive by car.

TV was still old flatscreen. Can be upgraded.

The location right in the middle of town, walking distance to most things. Room was clean and comfortable. The cold, lemon and mint water in the lobby was great and very refreshing at the end of a hot day.

Staff didn’t know I had already paid for my room and tried to charge me again. I also had a room upgrade which they were unaware of and didn’t give me.

Kind staff, nice and clean room with comfortable bed. Good location (13 min walk to the centre).

Quite pricey and no breakfast included. Unfortunately, it was noisy from 6:30am onwards (furniture being moved around, doors being slammed). One tip is that tooth paste could be also offered in the rooms!

Breakfast was very good! Even with the current Corona restrictions Good location nice hotel, what you'd expect for this pricing!
